02 - 1/4 cup (60 ml) unflavored sparkling water
03 - 1 tablespoon (15 ml) magnesium powder supplement, unflavored or berry flavor, cold-water soluble
04 - 1 teaspoon (5 ml) fresh lemon juice (optional)
05 - Ice cubes

# Directions:
01 - Fill a glass with ice cubes.
02 - Pour in the tart cherry juice and fresh lemon juice if using.
03 - Add the magnesium powder and stir or whisk thoroughly until fully dissolved.
04 - Top with sparkling water and gently stir to combine.
05 - Optionally, adorn with a lemon wheel or a sprig of fresh mint.
