01 - 2 thick slices rustic or sourdough bread

02 - 45 ml pistachio butter
03 - 10 ml honey
04 - 30 ml shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
05 - Pinch flaky sea salt (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Toast the bread slices to your preferred level of crispiness.
02 - While the bread is warm, spread 22.5 ml (1½ tablespoons) of pistachio butter evenly over each slice.
03 - Drizzle 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of honey over each slice.
04 - Sprinkle the chopped pistachios evenly over the toasts.
